  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Return Authorization:

  • Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  • Mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Condition:

  • Ensure that the shoes are in their original, unworn condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Refund Policy:

Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and follow the return process for the original item.
